Where the metal is stored: Texas, Delaware or Utah

Royal Survival Packs and the home-storage rule
Royal Survival Packs are pre-packaged precious metals described as easily transportable and useful in emergencies. That purpose is the opposite of IRA storage. IRA metals cannot be kept at home, and the Tax Court's 2021 McNulty decision treated home storage as a distribution.
